My journey into nutrition began with a deep desire to understand how food influences our health and well-being. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to studying the intricate relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and sustainable wellness. With extensive experience in addiction recovery, eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, various medical nutrition therapies, and meal planning, I'm confident we can create the right plan tailored just for you! I’m not about strict diets or quick fixes; instead, I’m committed to helping you build a balanced relationship with food that suits your unique lifestyle and goals.
When I’m not consulting or trying out new recipes, you can find me traveling with my hubby and exploring new restaurants. In fact, all the scenic photos you see on this website are from our adventures! I hold a Master’s degree in Human Clinical Nutrition and completed my dietetic internship at North Oaks Medical Center, where I gained extensive experience in clinical care, nutrition counseling, and community wellness. Whether you are navigating disordered eating patterns, working toward general health goals, or simply seeking more confidence and ease around food, I offer personalized support to help you thrive — physically and emotionally. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your body’s needs, move away from restrictive mindsets, and build nourishing habits rooted in self- compassion. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me trying new recipes, enjoying the outdoors, or spending quality time with loved ones.
